First, answer the guest-room question.
“Are enough overnight rooms available for our group’s preferred dates?” Phase 1 of the 3RPMS, Apaleo and ibelsa integrations focuses on this question, helping organisers assess capacity for the whole stay when they enquire.
These three integrations are in progress. Availability is for guidance and does not create a reservation. Ascensus PMS is listed separately as an existing integration.

Phase 1 means the planned guest-room availability check. Future possibility describes scope supported in principle by the provider APIs but not yet released in MICE Cloud. To be assessed means the data model and hotel configuration still need clarification. No release dates have been committed for later phases.
What could follow
We are assessing prices and rates, transferring guest-room bookings, and synchronising changes and cancellations. Depending on the PMS, group reservations or room blocks may support group business.
Apaleo distinguishes overnight rooms and meeting rooms as separate unit types with capacities. This could support a later meeting-room integration; phase 1 initially covers overnight rooms only. Mapping event rooms in 3RPMS and ibelsa requires separate clarification.
Actual scope depends on API permissions, hotel setup and successful practical testing.
