Change the guest count and duration. Room capacity, daily planning and prices respond to your choices.
Choose 65 guests: smaller rooms will no longer fit. This demo also applies a room-hire discount from 60 guests.

The right room. For every day.
Choose a seating layout and plan each day individually. You can also include a day without a meeting room.
Rooms and capacities are example data. In the application, the room overview uses the hotel’s configured rooms and occupancy data.

Catering that fits your schedule.
Choose a package and quantity for each day. This demo shows one package per day; the application also lets you combine several.
Lunch for 40, but a meeting for 48? Change the catering quantity without changing the event size.
STEP 4 OF 6
Everything included. Overnight stays too.
Choose additional services and optional guest rooms. The price breakdown shows how each unit affects the total.
Example: €110 excluding VAT per room per night. The demo limits rooms to the guest count and nights to the period between event days.
